On the nose, an inviting and layered bouquet opens with an explosion of slightly underripe red forest berries such as redcurrant and sour cherry, enhanced by delicate floral notes of dog rose and violet, along with hints of herbs. The aroma is intense and elegant, enriched by balsamic nuances.

Taste

On the palate, the wine shows warmth and generosity. Good structure and acidity enhance its freshness and fruit-driven character, the unmistakable signature of Pinot Noir. Subtle notes of cinnamon and white pepper embellish the finish, accompanied by gentle tannins that lead to a pleasant sensation of softness. The finale is of good persistence, promising interesting evolution over time.
