Piemonte DOC

This Piemonte DOC Pinot Noir initially matures in stainless steel and then rests for approximately one year in large oak casks and tonneaux, an ageing process that enhances the wine’s structure and roundness without overshadowing the varietal elegance of Pinot Noir.
The oak, in fact, does not dominate the aromatic profile of Pinot Noir, but rather enhances its structure and roundness.
Before release, this Piedmontese red wine continues its evolution with several years of bottle ageing — an extended period that allows its components to harmonize and integrate.
The result is an elegant and long-lived Pinot Noir from Piedmont, capable of expressing and revealing the character of each vintage it embodies.
It is a wine that does not favor haste: it requires time to mature and time to be fully appreciated, gradually unveiling in the glass all the complexity and balance that define it.

Taste

On the palate, the wine is warm and harmonious. The first sip envelops with the juicy, ripe notes of sour cherry, followed by lively redcurrant acidity that brings freshness and vivacity.
