100% Chardonnay, extra brut, expressing all the typical characteristics of our terroir. It is savoury and austere, clean and sharp: it hits the spot, with no half-measures. But with an elegance that doesn’t go unnoticed. The minimum ageing period is 30 months, when it reaches the desired balance between evolution and freshness.

Grapes

100% Chardonnay grapes, selected and harvested by hand.

Color

Bright gold with green highlights, the sparkle is minute, and tightened persistent.

Bouquet

Fine and complex, is expressed with hints of flowers and fruits of white pulp, bread crust and hazelnut butterthat give an enveloping and sweet nose.

Taste

Is elegant with great balance and excellent persistence.
