This Alta Langa Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut is made from 100% Chardonnay, carefully selected in the vineyard and hand-harvested.
Following gentle pressing and fermentation in stainless steel, the wine undergoes secondary fermentation in bottle according to the Metodo Classico and ages on its lees for at least 30 months, developing complexity, finesse, and aromatic depth.
The result is a savory and austere Alta Langa — precise and incisive, direct and uncompromising. A wine of strong character, balanced by refined elegance, expressing with authenticity the full typicity of our terroir.

Grapes

100% Chardonnay grapes, selected and harvested by hand.

Color

Bright, crystalline straw yellow. A brilliant golden hue with lively green reflections that herald its freshness. The perlage is a continuous stream of extremely fine, tightly knit, and persistent bubbles.

Bouquet

The pure essence of Chardonnay is expressed in a refined and complex bouquet, a true sensory journey.
It opens with an explosion of white flower aromas such as acacia, alongside vanilla notes, contrasted by flinty minerality.
Fresher, more vibrant hints of crisp green apple and lemon zest add a lively acidity. Completing the picture, nuances of acacia honey blend with the sweetness and irresistible fragrance of a freshly baked croissant.

Taste

On the palate, the structure is supported by a vibrant, razor-sharp acidity typical of the Chardonnay grape, lending exceptional dynamism to the sip. The fine, silky perlage caresses the mouth, while intriguing savouriness and well-defined minerality shape its character. Careful ageing on the lees and a skillful dosage leave an unforgettable finish of custard cream and honey, long and deeply satisfying.
