Metodo classico

Natusia is a Metodo Classico Piemonte DOC Brut made from Pinot Noir (60%) and Chardonnay (40%). Following gentle pressing and fermentation in stainless steel, the wine undergoes secondary fermentation in bottle according to the Metodo Classico and ages on its lees for approximately 24 months, developing structure and complexity while preserving freshness.
Round and harmonious, with a vibrant acidity contributed by the Chardonnay, it is an elegant and versatile sparkling wine, capable of combining structure with easy drinkability.

Natusia Metodo Classico is a highly approachable wine that pairs effortlessly with a wide range of dishes, making it ideal both as an aperitif and throughout the meal.

Grapes

Blend 60% Pinot Nero and 40% Chardonnay hand-picked in small boxes.

Color

Bright, crystalline straw yellow, enlivened by vivid green highlights. The fine, abundant bubbles rise in an unbroken stream, creating a tight, persistent perlage.

Bouquet

A refined and complex aromatic bouquet that first enchants the nose with notes of white flowers such as acacia and daisy, along with crisp white-fleshed fruit.
This is followed by sweeter, more enveloping nuances recalling toasted almond and delicate hints of acacia honey.

Taste

On the palate, it reveals an elegant, savoury, and mineral character, enveloping the mouth with a harmonious structure. The balance between freshness and softness offers a gratifying tasting experience of good complexity. The finish is long and persistent, with notes of ripe mandarin and pineapple, apple and pear, concluding with hints of toasted bread and almond.
