This Pinot Noir represents the highest expression of our production. The grapes come from our most renowned cru, where Pinot Noir develops a particularly noble and elegant character, with greater structure and aromatic depth.
To fully express its potential, this Piedmontese Pinot Noir is given the time it requires: it first matures in stainless steel and oak — both large casks and tonneaux — gaining body, complexity, and roundness. It then continues its long bottle aging, during which time enhances its elegance, finesse, and remarkable ageing potential.
The result is a Pinot Noir of great structure and longevity, capable of conveying the character of the Alta Langa through balance, minerality, and a refined aromatic expression, with outstanding cellaring potential.
