This Alta Langa Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut is made from 100% Chardonnay, carefully selected in the vineyard and hand-harvested.
Following gentle pressing and fermentation in stainless steel, the wine undergoes secondary fermentation in bottle according to the Metodo Classico and ages on its lees for at least 30 months, developing complexity, finesse, and aromatic depth.
The result is a savory and austere Alta Langa — precise and incisive, direct and uncompromising. A wine of strong character, balanced by refined elegance, expressing with authenticity the full typicity of our terroir.
