This Alta Langa Rosé Extra Brut is made from 100% Pinot Noir, carefully selected in the vineyard and hand-harvested.
Following gentle pressing and fermentation in stainless steel, the wine undergoes secondary fermentation in bottle according to the Metodo Classico and ages on its lees for at least 30 months, developing complexity, finesse, and aromatic depth.
The subtle tannic component of Pinot Noir lends this Alta Langa Rosé greater roundness and structure, while preserving freshness, salinity, and a fine, persistent perlage.
An elegant and harmonious Metodo Classico that fully expresses the character of the Alta Langa terroir.

Grapes

From 100% Pinot Noir grapes, selected already in the vineyard, harvested by hand in small boxes.

Color

Powdery blush pink, heralding the refinement of Pinot Noir. The fine, persistent perlage forms an endless chain of tightly knit, long-lasting bubbles.

Bouquet

On the nose, it reveals an intense and assertive bouquet with enveloping depth. Initial notes evoke red flowers such as violet and rose, the wild sweetness of woodland strawberry, and the bright acidity of sour cherry. This rich fruit expression blends with delicate mineral hints that add a touch of fresh complexity.

Taste

On the palate, the balance is a masterpiece of structure and freshness, an authentic expression of Pinot
Noir. Blueberry and red berry flavours immediately emerge, well defined and lifted by sour cherry acidity. An
intriguing savouriness and well-defined flinty minerality lead to a long, persistent finish with notes of shortcrust
pastry and honey, leaving a lingering almond aftertastehallmarks of excellent ageing.
