Educational Dinner on Oak Ageing – with sommeliers Laura Perrone and Marco Cavallotto
An immersive tasting experience between the barrel cellar and the dining room: a journey into the world of oak-aged wines, with a particular focus on Pinot Noir, the different types of barrels, and the history of ageing in wood.
Paired with a carefully curated menu, the evening will give guests the tools to understand and recognise how oak influences and shapes the character of a great wine.
The live cooking experience will be led by Chef Mattia Astengo.
