Presentation of the Rob-In project, with a complimentary welcome aperitif dedicated to the finest local specialities, led by Gaia Lando, representative of the Consortium for the Protection of Roccaverano PDO Cheese.
The evening will continue with a guided tour of the winery and barrel cellar, followed by a menu curated by Chef Mattia Astengo and paired with Colombo wines, with commentary by Laura Perrone and Marco Cavallotto.
