In the 19th century, Carlo Gancia pioneered the great Italian tradition for sparkling wines in Canelli, just a few hills away. For this reason, in 2011 we joined the Alta Langa DOCG Consortium<\/strong>, the custodian and heir to that tradition.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Since 2010, we have been working with oenologist Riccardo Cotarella, with whom we pursue a stylistic path founded on balance and precision of expression.<\/p>

The search for balance guides every decision. Vinification is focused on purity and respect for varietal identity. Ageing takes place mainly in large oak casks and tonneaux, accompanying the wine without adding unnecessary structure. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
